WHO WE ARE

Dreams UnleaSHED, initiated by Chaun Vaughn of Vaughn Media, LLC in 2018, emerged as an empowerment network specifically tailored for women. It started with the inaugural Dreams UnleaSHEd Vision Board and Brunch Experience, setting a precedent for excellence. Featuring esteemed speakers and furnishing attendees with tangible tools for strategic goal-setting, this conference proved to be profoundly informative and beneficial throughout its four-year tenure.

 

Dreams UnleaSHEd was designed to cater to forward-thinking, purpose-driven women seeking clarity in both their professional and personal aspirations, aiming to facilitate their successful realization. Recognizing the significance of mutual support among women, Dreams UnleaSHEd evolved, giving rise to Dreams UnleaSHEd|SHE Networks, Inc in 2021 and achieved non-profit status in 2023.

Dreams UnleaSHEd|SHE Networks, Inc. (DUSN, Inc.) serves as a platform where women converge to learn, support community causes, and foster mutual growth. The mission pivoted in 2023 towards equipping young ladies from underprivileged backgrounds with foundational resources, workforce development, and mentorship, thereby nurturing personal and generational prosperity. DUSN, Inc., is an organization that deeply values the ethos of giving back. Our primary focus lies in empowering young ladies aged 13-24, equipping them for their future roles as entrepreneurs or corporate leaders. As an organization comprised of forward-thinking, distinguished women, we recognize the pivotal importance of investing in the next generation of leaders.

 

Our journey  began with a collective vision to create a platform where mentorship and guidance could shape the trajectory of young women's lives. Rooted in the belief that today's guidance shapes tomorrow's success stories, DUSN, Inc. is emerging as a ray of empowerment and support for aspiring young female leaders.
